There’s a particular stillness I’ve always loved at the edge of morning, when the world hasn’t quite awakened, but the light has begun its gentle return. This painting captures that moment: when night releases its hold and day steps in, radiant and new. It’s a painting about emergence, about the hush before everything begins to bloom.
